As well as being lighter and more manoeuvrable, the N700-2 has better vibration dampening and improved cutting quality, as the depth of punch is now adjustable.The new version also provides creater flexibility, as it is able to cut in four directions without changing orientation.
The standard two-position handle is now a tough plastic but for applications where space is at a premium, a slimline steel handle is also provided as standard.
The N700-2 is electrically powered but for those requiring a pneumatic version, the N700-1 is also available from TRUMPF.
