TRUMPF has expanded its core competencies with the latest precision power tool for bevel machining: the TKA 500-0. The excellent advantage of the TKA 500-0 is its impressive power capacity and surprisingly quiet motor. The TKA 500-0 cuts chamfer lengths of up to 5mm (mild steel) quickly and easily.

The 3 Cutting-Tool System enables high-speed feed rates. With this you can create bevelled edges with excellent surface quality.
 
The TKA 500-0 cuts chamfer lengths of up to 5mm, making it the ideal complement to the proven capabilities of the TKA 300-0, cutting chamfer lengths of up to 3mm.

Applications

  • Creating visible edges in systems, tool and machine fabrication
  • Rounding off T-beams in structural steel construction
  • Removing burrs after cutting
  • Chamfering or deburring sharp edges before painting or coating
