Central to the product is the Quickjob module. It plans, controls and integrates all fabrication jobs and provides automatic feedback based on actual machining times for online machines. The result is a continuous flow of information between the sales side of the business and production. This module undertakes the complete order process from tender, order and production through to delivery and cost accounting.
ToPs 1000 will benefit considerably manufacturers of assemblies whose production involve a number of processes. In addition to TRUMPF laser, punching and bending machines the system can also integrate other machines and processes providing total control over product production.
The combination of modules allows ToPs 1000 to be easily adapted and upgraded to suit individual needs. Features include the automatic generation of nested parts from the production order pool. Finished parts are graphically isolated for easy recognition and bar code labels printed automatically. The system also manages the raw material inventory and provides a direct link to TRUMPF’s TC-Cell storage and material flow system.
