The grease ports for the die piston clamping are too often overlooked in the maintenance schedule of most TRUMPF punching machines. These ports need to be greased every 1,000 operating hours. Proper lubrication will ensure consistent tool changes, proper piston operation and proper die sensing.
The recommended grease and grease gun are available through TRUMPF spare parts, Kluber Microlube GL 261 is the recommended grease. Please refer to TRUMPF part number 068624 when ordering grease and TRUMPF part number 106491 to order the grease gun. |
